Silver Lakes Campus retail center hits auction block in Pembroke Pines

Following a $10.2 million foreclosure judgment, the Silver Lakes Campus retail center in Pembroke Pines is set to hit the auction block, the South Florida Business Journal reported. The lawsuit over a $7.1 million mortgage, plus interest and fees was originally filed back in 2009 against Balocco-Silver Lakes by the entity representing a commercial mortgage-backed securities trust managed by Miami Beach-based LNR Partners.
