A distressed shopping center in Coral Springs has been sold for $9.69 million, according to Marcus & Millichap, which brokered the sale on behalf of the seller. The 60,732-square-foot Westview Shoppes, which is located at 9525 Westview Drive, sold for an average of $160 per square foot. Marcus & Millichap’s Drew Kristol, Kirk Olson and Greg Zeifman, all in the firm’s Miami office, represented the seller, Westview Shoppes Fla, a limited liability company. Ken Hoff, a senior associate in the firm’s Manhattan office, also provided representation. The buyer was a North Miami Beach-based private investor. The property is anchored by an Office Depot. — Alexander Britell
