HC Real Estate Capital arranges $5.3 million in financing for Boca’s Towne Plaza

Delray Beach-based HC Real Estate Capital has arranged financing in the amount of $5.3 million for the Towne Plaza in Boca Raton, the company announced Monday. The 25,000-square-foot property, which is located at 2301 Glades Road in Boca, is currently 100 percent leased. HC’s Kurt Hoffman and Chris Caveglia arranged the financing, which carries a 15-year term. — Alexander Britell
