Connecticut-based Spirits company Diageo has announced that it will be relocating its Miami office to the 396 Alhambra complex in Coral Gables.

Diageo’s lease at its current location at 5301 Blue Lagoon Drive is expiring, and the company has signed a 10-year lease at the new site, which is owned by Agave Holdings. The deal is for a total of 32,527 square feet.

“The new office is an important hub for not only Diageo North America, but also serves as the gateway to Latin America and our successful – and growing – business there,” said Randy Millian, Diageo President, Latin America and Caribbean, in a statement. “We are excited to join the Coral Gables community.”
