Chicken Kitchen signs lease for half of Don Pan location in Coral Gables

Eatery Chicken Kitchen has signed a lease for half of bakery Don Pan’s location in Coral Gables, according to Beacon Hill Property Group. The deal is for a 2,000-square-foot space at 400 South Dixie Highway. “Dividing this property between complimentary quick-service restaurants offered a unique opportunity to leverage the strengths of two stellar brands,” said Matt Martinez, principal of Beacon Hill Property Group. “We’re confident that this new partnership will exceed expectations.” — Alexander Britell
