Berger sells Plantation Technology Center for $8.85M in Ft. Lauderdale

The Plantation Technology Center in Fort Lauderdale has sold for $8.85 million, Berger Commercial Realty announced today. The technology center consists of a 99,000-square-foot office building and a warehouse located at 1700 and 1800 NW 66th Avenue in Plantation. Its tenants include Metro PCS, the Broward County Department of Revenue and the Federation of Public Employees.

The buyer, COFE Fund I – Plantation, was represented by Judy Dolan, vice president of Berger and the seller, Plantation Properties of Broward, was represented by Berger founder and president Lloyd Berger. — Christopher Cameron
