Berger closes two Fort Lauderdale leases

Berger Commercial Realty recently closed two leases in Fort Lauderdale, the brokerage announced today. The first was a 6,120-square-foot office sublease at 1600 SE 17th Street, Suite 301 by Resolve Maritime Academy. Berger’s St. George Guardabassi and Judy Dolan handled that transaction. The second deal was a lease of the same space by Resolve, with an additional 834 square feet from landlord 1600 17th Street Causeway for a five-year term.
