Brenner CEO Scott Brenner appointed as receiver for pair of Palm Beach County properties

Brenner Real Estate Group President and CEO Scott Brenner has been appointed the receiver for a pair of Palm Beach County properties, the Fort Lauderdale-based brokerage announced. The first two sites are located at 805 Bayberry Drive in Lake Park and 835 Bayberry Drive, also in Lake Park. They are a combined 19,510 square feet. Brenner has also announced that it had been tapped to provide property management and brokerage services for a 36,512-square-foot property at 7100 West Oakland Park Boulevard in Sunrise. — Alexander Britell
