Steelbridge, Apollo joint venture buy Aventura’s Concorde Centre II office tower

A joint venture between Steelbridge Capital and Apollo Global Real Estate Management has purchased the 106,500-square-foot Concorde Centre II office tower in Aventura. The deal marks the largest ofice purchase of 2012 in Aventura. The Class B building, which will be renamed Aventura View, is located at 2999 NE 191st Street, directly adjacent to the Aventura Mall. “Aventura is a market that rarely sees buildings of this stature trade,” said Jay Caplin, Managing Principal of Steelbridge Capital. “Aventura View is an exceptional property and fits our value-oriented investment strategy perfectly.” Aventura View is 83 percent occupied. —Alexander Britell
