Unit at South Beach’s Capri sells for $5.6 million

A unit at the Capri condominium in South Beach has sold for $5.6 million, according to Douglas Elliman, which brokered the transaction. The deal for the property, which is located at 1445 16th Street on the bay, was handled by Jamie Goff of Douglas Elliman’s Miami office. Eloy Carmenate of One Sotheby’s International Realty had the listing on the unit, which had been listed for $6.9 million. —Alexander Britell
