Fresh Market continues Florida expansion

The Fresh Market, which recently debuted a new location in Miami Beach’s burgeoning Sunset Harbour neighborhood, is continuing its Florida expansion with a pair of new leases in Naples and Brandon. The Naples store will feature 25,575 square feet in the Eagle Creek Shopping Center, while the 18,091-square-foot Brandon location will be housed in the Lithia Crossing shopping center. Both leases were brokered by Florida Retail Partners, an X Team Partner. The new locations will bring the number of Fresh Market outposts in Florida to 35. The company operates 129 stores in 25 U.S. states. —Alexander Britell
