Spanish-language broadcasting mogul Raul Alarcon sells Sunset Islands home for $4.7 million

Raul Alarcon, who owns a number of Spanish-language radio stations in Miami, has sold his Sunset Islands home for $4.7 million, The Real Deal has learned. Alarcon founded the Spanish Broadcasting System, a major radio station operators in the U.S. The property, which is located at 1615 W 27 Street on Sunset Island II. It features six bedrooms, 5.5 bathrooms and 7,173 square feet of livable space. It last sold in 1993 for $1.79 million, according to public records.
