South American buyer pays $7.2 million for Venetian Islands home

A home on the Venetian Islands has sold for $7.2 million, The Real Deal has learned. The property, which is located at 44 W Rivo Alto Drive, was purchased by an undisclosed South American buyer. The seller was Philippe Harrari, who also built the home. Julian Johnston of Sterling Equity Realty had the listing on the property. — Alexander Britell
