Miami’s Blanca tapped to lease pair of Miami-Dade office buildings

Miami-based Blanca Commercial Real Estate has been tapped to lease a pair of buildings in Miami, the brokerage announced today. Blanca will be the exclusive leasing agent for downtown Miami’s 101,144-square-foot Courthouse Tower and Doral’s 8200 Doral office building. The former is located at 44 West Flagler Street, while the latter is located at 8200 NW 41st Street. Juan Ruiz, Executive Vice President at Blanca, will be leading leasing and marketing for both properties, alongside fellow Executive Vice President Danet Linares at Courthouse Tower. — Alexander Britell
