Stiles leases 49,000 square feet of space at Baldwin Park in Orlando

Stiles Realty recently leased 49,000 square feet of space at the Baldwin Park Office Complex in Orlando, The Real Deal has learned. The deals bring the property to 93 percent occupancy, with a combination of six new local and national tenants. Baldwin Park I and II are located at 4750 and 4776 New Broad Street near downtown Orlando. The largest lease was a 28,000-square-foot relocation by architecture firm Rogers Lovelock and Fritz. —Alexander Britell
