16K SF Museum Plaza office condominium unloaded in Fort Lauderdale

An office condominium in Fort Lauderdale’s Museum Plaza office tower has been sold, according to Rise Realty, which represented the undisclosed buyer in the transaction. The property, which is located at 200 South Andrew Avenue, had been bank owned at the time of sale. Rise’s Keith Darby and Viktoria Telek handled the deal. The property totaled 16,084 square feet. Terms were not disclosed.  —Alexander Britell
