Miami Beach-based residential and commercial brokerage Vortex International Realty has announced a partnership with Monte Archanda, a brokerage based in Marbella in southern Spain. The two companies will promote each other’s markets on their Web sites and to their existing client networks. “The Andalusia region is similar in many ways to the South Florida market, and we expect that it will continue to develop,” said Vortex CEO Eric Hochman. “We are excited that this partnership allows us the opportunity to showcase beautiful overseas vacation properties and investments to our American and international clients.” —Alexander Britell
