One Sotheby’s has been tapped as the exclusive sales and marketing firm for Altos del Mar. The 24-unit single-family home development includes homes ranging from 3,250 square feet to 11,000 square feet. “Altos Del Mar is a unique project in Miami Beach,” says Beth Butler, President of ONE Sotheby’s International Realty. “No other single family home development offers direct ocean access; it’s a mini Malibu in Miami.” The project is located on Collins Avenue between 77th and 79th streets. —Alexander Britell
