Douglas Elliman reaches 40 percent at new condo, Palau at Sunset Harbour

Douglas Elliman said it has reached 40 percent sales at the new condominium it is marketing, Palau at Sunset Harbour. The property, which is located in the Sunset Harbour neighborhood in Miami Beach, is being developed by a fund of family of former Disney executive Roy Disney. It’s one of two condos the Disney fund is developing, along with Peloro in Mid Beach. Most buyers are coming from South Florida, bucking the trend of predominantly foreign condo buyers in Miami, according to Ann Nortmann, who is the sales director for Palau. —Alexander Britell
