Epicure expanding to Coral Gables with 24,000-square-foot lease

Epicure Gourmet Market & Cafe has signed a 24,000-square-foot lease for the ground floor of Gables Ponce, a new mixed-use project at the intersection of Le Jeune Road and Ponce de Leon Boulevard in Coral Gables. Terranova Corporation represented landlord Gables Urban in the transaction. Epicure will anchor the 248-unit residential component of the project. Terranova’s Mindy McIlroy represented the landlord. Epicure, which first opened in Miami Beach in 1945, also has a location in Sunny Isles Beach. —Alexander Britell
