Sapient signs 54,000-square-foot lease at Mayfair in the Grove

Information technology firm Sapient has signed a 54,000-square-foot lease at the Mayfair in the Grove office and retail complex in Miami’s Coconut Grove neighborhood. The deal, which includes street-level retail space that will be repurposed to office space, will consolidate two offices into the building. Jones Lang LaSalle’s Noel Steinfeld and Chris Dekker represented Mayfair owner Whalou Properties in the transaction. Jon Bourbeau, vice chairman of Newmark Grubb Knight Frank, represented Sapient. The Mayfair in the Grove complex is now 90 percent leased. —Alexander Britell
