Related launches former Palm Beach Promenade condo as “Casa Costa”

Related Group has rebranded the former Promenade condominium in Palm Beach as “Casa Costa” and officially launched sales at the project. Related ISG International Realty has been tapped for sales and marketing at the project. According to Related ISG, with Miami’s market nearly sold out, more buyers are looking north to areas like Palm Beach County. The two-tower property, just north of Delray Beach, has a total of 395 residences. A Related affiliate won the foreclosure auction on the property in December. —Alexander Britell
