Primary Source buys 12,832-square-foot industrial building in Oakland Park

Battery wholesaler Primary Source has purchased a 12,834-square-foot building at 4900 NE 11th Avenue in Oakland Park, according to Brenner Real Estate Group, which handled the transaction. The move is a relocation from Primary Source’s office in Fort Lauderdale. Jeffrey Scott, senior vice president at Brenner, who handled the deal, said the company wished to own its own building as opposed to continuing leasing. The seller, 4900 Bldg, a limited liability company, was represented by Patrick Conness of Stiles Realty. The terms were not disclosed. –Alexander Britell
