Tampa-based the Housing Group has begun construction on the second phase of Seabourn Cove, its green rental apartment project in Boynton Beach, the South Florida Business Journal reported.
The site lies north of the project’s first phase, a 15.5 acre, 300-unit rental apartment community, which an entity associated with the Housing Group recently sold for $78.5 million to an entity affiliated with Heitman Capital Management. The first phase won the Multifamily Project of the Year award from the National Association of Home Builders. [SFBJ] –Hiten Samtani
