The developer of the Margaritaville Resort is now moving into the second stage of it’s Positano Beach project on Hollywood Beach and is accepting contracts, the South Florida Business Journal reported.
The Lojeta Group’s six-story boutique building will feature 17 units adjacent to the sold out Villas of Positano, with which it will share amenities, the developer’s president Lon Tabatchnick said in a statement. Prices for residences at Positano Beach are set to start at $1.43 million and range in size from 3,200 to 3,700 square feet, some with terraces as large as 3,000 square feet. The project draws it’s name form the coastal town of Positano, Italy and is designed by Derek Vander Ploeg of Vander Ploeg & Associates,
Esslinger Wooten Maxwell Realty International, an affiliate of Christie’s International Real Estate, associates Bobby Auerbach and Debbie Lazoff, will exclusive handle sales for the property.
