“The Jills”
The celebrity broker team known as “the Jills,” of Coldwell Banker, recently became that brokerage’s most successful team in history, according to a statement from Coldwell Banker today.
The Jills — Jill Eber and Jill Hertzberg — now have the highest production on record of any agent team in the company’s 106-year history, closing 138 transactions for over $474.7 million in sales during 2012 alone, the statement said.
Last August, The Jills represented the most expensive single-family home sale in Miami-Dade County history, when they sold 3 Indian Creek for $47 million. The team also represents Casa Casuarina, formerly the Versace Mansion, which is listed for $100 million.
