A two-acre oceanfront Palm Beach property known as Paradisio del Mar has hit the market asking $32.5 million, according to John Poletto and Mark Nestler of Nestler Poletto Sotheby’s International Realty, who are co-listing the home. The $32.5 million ask makes the property the fifth most expensive home on the market in Palm Beach County, according to data provided by Condo Vultures.

The house features a gated entry, oceanfront portico, twin marble staircases, library, billiard room, media room and a wood-paneled study with a hearth, according to the listing. The three-story property, located at 1960 South Ocean Boulevard in Manalapan, also includes multiple balconies and a massive 30-car garage.

The home’s boat dock can accommodate a 125-foot yacht with self-contained diesel and gas fueling on the grounds, in addition to lifts for jet skis and power boats.

Poletto added that he plans to release a promotional video highlighting the property’s high-end amenities in the coming months.

“Our marketing strategy includes a cinematic quality video showcasing the luxurious lifestyle at Paradisio del Mar and a special magazine highlighting the Manalapan compound, to be distributed to qualified buyers globally.”
