Property Markets Group is getting ready to market its massive condo tower in Brickell.

PMG founder and CEO Kevin Maloney told the Miami Herald that  prospective buyers can start making reservations next week to see the site of the  750-foot  building, called Echo Brickell. PMG is the developer and and JDS Development Group is a partner in the project,  slated to be Miami’s tallest residential tower.

Right now, Miami’s tallest building  is the Four Seasons Hotel at 1441 Brickell Avenue, next to another PMG project site called  Echo Aventura. The hotel had a penthouse on the market for $15 million.

International Sales Group will be marketing the project pre-construction. On Thursday, the marketers and the developer met with a group of Miami’s top real estate brokers, the Herald said.

“The caché of this building is certainly the height and the view,” Maloney told the Herald.

PMG  expects to break ground in July; Carlos Ott is the conceptual designer.

As TRD has reported, Property Market Group is slated to break ground on Echo Aventura in July as well. That project already has contracts out on 100 of the 190 homes, where prices range from nearly $500 per square foot to roughly $900 per square foot. [Miami Herald] –Hayley Kaplan
