$18.3M foreclosed homes on auction in Florida

Real Estate Asset Disposition Corp., a Florida real estate and collection agency, has listed seven “pools” of defaulted single-family homes, including Section 8 housing, throughout Florida, the Palm Beach Post reported.

The auction for the 123 homes in Florida cities including Miami, Fort Lauderdale and West Palm Beach began Tuesday, according to the Post. Asking prices range from $1.9 million to more than $4 million.
