M.C. Dean CEO Bill Dean has turned his $8 million historic mansion in Miami Beach into a massive entertainment space after a $32 million renovation, Douglas Elliman property specialist Hope Gainer wrote in a column for the Huffington Post.

Dean bought the 2.5-acre property at 4949 Pinetree Drive just before it went to auction in 2009. Two years later, he renovated it to fit hundreds of guests for high-profile galas. The late retail mogul S.S. Kresge once used it as a summer home, when it has six bedrooms and eight bathrooms. Now it has 15 bedrooms, 20 full bathrooms, six half-baths and two kitchens.

Dean has hosted several charities there since unveiling it in February. [Huffington Post]Mark Maurer
