Aria breaks ground on 321 Ocean in South Beach

Aria Development Group broke ground today on the luxe condo complex 321 Ocean in Miami Beach’s South of Fifth neighborhood.

The development is comprised of two low-rise buildings – five stories with six condo units and nine stories with 16 oceanfront condo units. Eighty percent of units are already sold. The leftovers include a pair of two-story beach villas between 3,800 and 4,500 square feet. The units each feature a terrace, a pool deck and gardens.

Also still on the market are two penthouses. One is a 3,000-square-foot three-bedroom with two balconies and the other is a 7,000-square-foot five-bedroom. Mexican starchitect Enrique Norten designed the property.

“This development will generate a significant number of new jobs for the area, both during and after the construction process,” David Arditi, principal at Aria Development Group, said in a release. — Mark Maurer
