Third new condo project completed in SF post-crash: report

South Florida’s third new condominium project since the 2007 market crash has been completed, according to a new report from CondoVultures.com.

The 24-story newly-completed Apogee Beach condo complex in Hollywood Beach in Southeast Broward County recorded its first transaction in September, county records show. Three other condo projects — Bellini Williams Island in Aventura, MyBrickell in Greater Downtown Miami, and the Regalia in Sunny Isles Beach – are slated for completion by the end of this year, according to marketing brochures seen by CondoVultures.

In South Florida overall, at least 172 new condo towers with more than 22,500 in total are proposed, planned, under construction, or recently completed, according to a report from Florida brokerage CVR Realty. [CondoVultures]  – Hiten Samtani
