Behringer Harvard breaks ground at Broadstone Brickell Lofts

Texas-based developer and real estate investment trust Behringer Harvard kicked off demolition on a site slated to soon be a 419-unit, eight-story rental project known as Broadstone Brickell Lofts.

Behringer Harvard bought the land at 145 Southwest 13th Street in Miami for $21 million in July, exMiami reported.
