The planned Miami Worldcenter development is inspiring nearby property owners — even those in the adult entertainment industry — to upgrade their sites.

A $40 million construction project is underway at the former home of the Goldrush strip club in Miami’s Park West neighborhood, exMiami reported. The owner of the 29 NE 11th Street property is replacing Goldrush with the E11even Club. Once completed, E11even would include nearly 7,000 square feet of restaurant space and about 14,000 square feet of strip club space.
