Major retailers coming to Palm Beach Outlets

Store announcements at the Palm Beach Outlets in West Palm Beach are trickling in.

DKNY, Saks Fifth Avenue OFF 5th and Kenneth Cole Outlet highlight more than 100 stores scheduled to open at the shopping center on Valentine’s Day, the Sun-Sentinel reported. Palm Beach Outlets is under construction east of I-95 on Palm Beach Lakes Boulevard. The center is being developed on the site of the former Palm Beach Mall.

Two Massachusetts companies, New England Development and Eastern Real Estate, are behind the project. They have announced new tenants daily since Nov. 27 to capitalize on the busy holiday shopping season.

The outlets are part of a 900,000-square-foot development. An adjacent retail center is scheduled to open next fall and includes a Nordstrom Rack and Whole Foods Market. [Sun-Sentinel] — Eric Kalis
