The former home of legendary gangster Al Capone has hit the market for $8.45 million.

The last people to own the property at 93 Palm Avenue in Miami Beach paid $7.4 million in June. Mirce Curkoski and Albert Justo of One Sotheby’s International Realty have the listing.

The seven-bedroom, five-bathroom home sits on a 30,000-square-foot lot with 100 feet of water frontage. The lot also features a pool, two-story cabana house and two powder rooms.

Capone is said to have devised the St. Valentine’s Day Massacre from this home and died of syphilis in one of the bathrooms in 1947. [Curbed]Mark Maurer
