Brickell World Plaza owner gets $50M loan

The owner of office tower Brickell World Plaza has obtained $50 million in financing from TD Bank, The Real Deal has learned.

Brickell Holdings, which is managed by property owner the Foram Group, received the revolving credit note on Jan. 31, according to Miami-Dade County records. The county recorded the transaction Monday. The note matures in January 2017. Foram completed the 600 Brickell Avenue building in 2011 after deciding to slow down construction during the recession.

Tenants at the 40-story building include Crédit Agricole Private Banking Miami, Northern Trust and law firms Gunster and Hogan Lovells. — Eric Kalis
