Celine Dion chops asking price on Jupiter home

Singer Celine Dion is slashing the price of her Jupiter mansion by $10 million. Dion had been asking $72.5 million for the home. 

The 10,000-square-foot house, which is located at 215 South Beach Road, features an entire water park built on five-and-a-half acres of Martin County beachfront, according to Gossip Extra.

Montreal Realtor Joseph Montanaro, who is marketing the home, said Dion hasn’t used the estate as much as she hoped. He added that the original $72.5 million-asking price was “just about” what it cost to buy and build up the property. [Gossip Extra] – Christopher Cameron
