Palm Beach County medical offices trade for $10.1M

A Scottsdale, Ariz.-based investor picked up a pair of medical office facilities in Palm Beach County for $10.1 million.

STORE Master Funding VI, which is managed by single-tenant real estate specialist STORE Capital, acquired the properties on March 31, according to Palm Beach County records. The county recorded the transaction on Monday. No financing was recorded.

International Real Estate Acquisitions of Wellington sold the buildings to STORE. Rajiv Patel is the managing director of the selling company.

The transaction included medical office buildings at 3343 South State Road 7 in Wellington and 225 Chimney Corner Lane in Jupiter. — Eric Kalis
