Ceva Logistics signed what is believed to be the largest industrial lease in five years in Miami’s Airport West market.
The company reached a renewal agreement for 364,000 square feet in the aptly-named Ceva Logistics Building, GlobeSt. reported. Clarion Partners owns the facility.
“Ceva is an important client for Clarion Partners, and we are pleased to extend our relationship with them in Miami,” Clarion’s Southeast asset manager Jesse Harty told GlobeSt. “Miami is a key market for Clarion Partners, as demonstrated by this renewal and our recent acquisition of Westpointe Business Park.”
Airport West is Miami’s largest industrial market, totaling more than 65.5 million square feet.
Transwestern managing directors Walter Byrd and Ben Eisenberg, senior vice president Thomas Kresse and senior associate Carlos Gaviria represented Clarion. CBRE brokers Deborah Royal and Michael Silver represented Ceva. [GlobeSt.] — Eric Kalis
