Indian Creek mansion owner gets parcel next door

The owner of an Indian Creek mansion just plunked down $21.6 million to buy the waterfront property next door, The Real Deal has learned.

Alvak Holdings picked up the 80,000-square-foot parcel at 4 Indian Creek Island Road in a transaction recorded on Thursday, according to Miami-Dade County records. No financing was recorded. State corporate records link Alvak to a North Woodmere, N.Y.-based trust.

Another company tied to the same trust paid a record $47 million for a 30,000-square-foot mansion at 3 Indian Creek Island Road in August 2012. The registered agent for the trust in both transactions is Andrey M. Kaydin, according to state corporate records.

The seller of the vacant property is 4 Indian Creek LLC, which is also based in New York. Vladislava Finskyaka signed the deed as manager of the company, which paid $15 million for the parcel in July 2011.

A wealthy enclave northwest of Miami Beach, Indian Creek is home to some of Miami-Dade County’s most expensive single-family residences.
