RelatedISG hires managing director, adds Lauderdale office

RelatedISG International Realty appointed real estate veteran Alex Vidal as its new managing director.

The firm, a joint venture between the Related Group and International Sales Group (or ISG), tasked Vidal with helping it recruit some of the top agents in Miami. Vidal’s 17-year real estate career includes stints at ERA Real Estate, Keyes Real Estate and Prudential Real Estate.

In the last month, Vidal brought in Miami broker Paul Lash, SE Florida Realty owner Rubens Jacob and Renovatio Realty owner Abraham Copernik. RealtyISG, which launched in 2011, now has 150 agents across five South Florida offices.

“We are establishing the foundation to become one of the preeminent agencies in the state,” ISG principal Craig Studnicky said in a written statement. “Alex has the passion and experience to take our team to the next level.”

RelatedISG also announced a partnership with Coloney Real Estate to establish a new office in Fort Lauderdale. The Coloney Group has a team of 15 agents specializing in Broward County. — Eric Kalis
