Four recent leases were signed at downtown Miami’s Wells Fargo Center.
Berkadia Commercial Mortgage, Dentmall of Florida, La Prairie Group and Moto Capital agreed to deals at the 47-story tower, according to Taylor & Mathis, which handles leasing on behalf of building owner MetLife. Dentmall and Moto, a Brazilian hedge fund, are new-to-market tenants. The four companies are set to occupy a combined 13,402 square feet in the building.
Dentmall is taking about 4,600 square feet. Moto is leasing 3,500 square feet and was represented by Tony Jones of Cushman & Wakefield. Berkadia was represented by Cushman’s Ryan Levy in the nearly 2,700-square-foot deal. La Prairie, also represented by Jones, is relocating from downtown’s New World Tower to a 2,640-square-foot space at Wells Fargo Center.
