Arquitectonica to design Fairholme Capital headquarters

Finance mogul Bruce Berkowitz tapped Arquitectonica to design the new Miami headquarters of his company Fairholme Capital. And now renderings are out.

Located at 2626 Biscayne Boulevard in Edgewater, the inverted concrete pyramid is unlike anything in its vicinity, according to Curbed.

When completed, the five-story building will house a museum and have dedicated gallery spaces on both the ground and second level. The project will also include a mechanized sunlight system on the roof that helps regulate natural light, as well as an LED-lit aluminum sculpture by James Turrel that will occupy the atrium space.
