Chain-restaurant entrepreneur H. Martin Sprock III sold his Palm Beach home for $8.125 million.

A Delaware-based LLC bought the Estate Section eight-bedroom house, located at 211 Jungle Road, the Palm Beach Daily News reported. The buyer was represented by agent Tina Roberts of Sotheby’s International Realty.

Agent Gary Pohrer of K2 Realty had listed the Georgian Colonial-style house, which includes a one-bedroom guesthouse, for $8.5 million. [Palm Beach Daily News] – Christopher Cameron
