Inventory hit a low in August of 2013 of just 4.6 months, down from 2010 when supply was near the 18-month mark, according to the Palm Beach Post. Now prices are stabilizing and inventory in the county is slowing scaling up: in August, the supply was 5.6 months, a 21.5 percent increase from last year.

In Jupiter, supply was 5.21 in August, when there were 528 single-family, condominiums and townhomes for sale in that community from between $300,000 and $400,000. [Palm Beach Post] Jennifer White Karp
