Concerns about overdevelopment in Palm Beach Gardens will be addressed Thursday at a city council workshop on the city’s future.

Staffers tasked with city planning are worried about the resources it will take to accommodate some of the massive projects in the pipeline. One such example is the 4,760-home Avenir development, which is seeking approval on the old Vavrus Ranch property.
