Residential sale offerings increase in tri-county area

Active listings for housing inventory in the South Florida region increased last week to 43,944, according to weekly data from Condo Vultures.

For the seven-day period ending Monday, pending sales slightly rose from 19,137 to 19,199 week-over-week. Over the past four weeks, pending sales declined by 381.
