An affiliate of Miami-based Orion Venture bought the retail center from Kiki Lisa Courtelis, who serves as trustee for the seller, a family trust. The property is a 60,692-square-foot retail plaza at 9720 Southwest 8th Street in the Fontainbleau section of Miami-Dade County. The buyer assumed the seller’s mortgage.

The shopping center was built on the 5.1-acre site in 1966. Other tenants include Goodwill and AutoZone. [South Florida Business Journal] – Jennifer White Karp
