Historic Palm Beach mansion asks $11.2M
A Palm Beach home designed by society architect Marion Sims Wyeth has hit the market asking $11.2 million.
Billionaire insurance executive and former Tampa Bay Lightning owner Arthur Williams Jr. paid $9.6 million for the 1928 mansion in September, and is now aiming for a quick flip, according to Curbed.
The estate was purchased by Williams following a three-year restoration by architect Jeffery Smith.
The L-shaped home features Venetian-plaster walls, cypress ceilings, original Cuban tile floors, antique stone mantelpieces and an outdoor lap pool. [Curbed] – Christopher Cameron
